I’m Irene Infantes Capdevila, a graphic designer and art director based in Sydney. Originally from Spain, I graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid before further specialising in creativity and graphic design.
For me, visuals are not just decorative, but a way to communicate ideas, build meaning and connect with people. Aesthetics, colour, composition and visual storytelling are what move me, always guided by a strategic perspective.
I began my career at Dentsu Iberia, working on campaigns for brands including Heinz, The Red Cross, Simyo and CaixaBank. I later joined Fruga, where I led packaging and branding projects that strengthened my interest in visually striking and conceptually grounded design.
I currently work as a graphic designer at Sylvia P Group within the apparel sector, contributing across Every Turn, Sylvia P and Sylvia P Teamwear. This role has brought me closer to the world of fashion, working across collections and campaigns where visual identity, colour and styling are key to bringing each brand story to life.
My work has been recognised with industry honours, including a shortlist at El Sol Festival in Product Design and a Silver award at Premios Control for Heinz’s The Jewel Inside campaign.
